Delivery and Returns

All our deliveries are made using Royal Mail standard service within the UK and by Royal Mail standard airmail (or equivalent) for overseas. Postage and packaging are not included in the unit price of each item and will be charged separately on each order. We cannot deliver to a PO Box address.

Delivery Prices

A flat charge of £5.00 per order will be charged for orders within the UK. A flat charge of £10.00 will be charged for orders within the EU. A flat charge of £20.00 will be charge for orders to North America. Please note that any necessary local customs fees will be payable in addition. Contact us by email for deliveries outside these areas.

Delivery Timescales

Royal Mail Deliveries are usually dispatched in the UK within 2-4 working days from the date of order. Deliveries to most European destinations are dispatched within 3-7 working days. Deliveries to North America will be sent by Fedex using a 3-5 day service. If you require a more precise timing or express delivery of an order please contact us in advance through our contacts page.

For overseas orders duty may apply. When making an order as a customer you accept the responsibility to cover duty costs if applicable. Import duty regulations are different in most countries. It is best to check whether duty applies at all and if so what the cost would be.

Sebastian Bergne values your security, and so to safeguard this a signature is required to acknowledge receipt of goods. Royal Mail service will attempt delivery on one occasion and will leave a calling card, with which you will need to respond within 7 working days. If no response is made the goods will be returned to us and a redelivery charge will apply.

Items must be returned in perfect condition together with the original packaging within 14 days of receipt, and we will offer you an exchange, refund or credit.

You will be responsible for returning the goods to us, we strongly advise you package the items very carefully and use insured delivery with a proof of postage certificate. We regret we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival. Items are returned at your expense, this does not affect your statutory rights. We regret that postage costs incurred with your order are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations prior to dispatch.

We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Faulty Goods

If your goods are faulty, please email our customer service through our contacts page as soon as possible and we will advise you how to proceed.

Last order deadlines for Christmas delivery are by 12 noon on 14/12 for the US  |  15/12 for the EU  |  19/12 for the UK
