Measuring Square is a silk scarf that explores Sebastian’s interest in unusual measuring devices. The pattern is generated by the grid formed when centimeters, inches and degrees coincide. This is printed onto the delicate and flexible silk surface resulting in a beautiful scarf that is part functional and part decorative.
The first edition of the Measuring square was made in red, in 100 pieces for The Conran Shop “Red” exhibition celebrating 25 years at the Michelin Building. We have since made an edition in petrol blue.
