Cut & Serve
Cut and Serve cheese boards start and perhaps conclude the conversation about how to cut your cheese correctly. In theory everyone should have their share of the best central part as well as the less good parts of the cheese. In practice there is always a discussion to be had. We propose you follow the lines.
Cut and Serve 1 is intended for small round soft cheeses such as Camembert, crottins, St André or pyramid and square soft cheeses like Pont l’Eveque.
Cut and Serve 2 is intended for blocks of harder cheeses such as Cheddar, Comté, Emmental or alternatively cylindrical soft cheeses.
Cut and Serve 3 is intended for segments of large round soft cheeses such as Brie, Roquefort, Dolcelatte or wedges of hard cheeses such as Edam or Manchego.
